SAFETY PROCEDURES

COVID PROTOCOLS

 Keeping our gymnasts, coaches, staff and families safe is our top priority. We will follow these guidelines during the invitational.

We will follow Sevier County mandates including

​

​Coaches, spectators, meet staff, and judges all required to wear a mask at all times.

Gymnasts will be required to wear a mask into the facility, but once they reach the competition area, we will not require them to wear a mask. 

​

We will require them to wear a mask during awards.

  • We will check temperatures and do symptom screening before entry

  • Sanitizing stations will be set up throughout the competition gym

  • Our staff will sanitize between sessions

  • We will limit seating capacity -- we will stream all events live

  • Ticket sales will be online, to reduce lines and cash handling.

STAMPEDE COVID PROTOCOLS

BRINGING YOUR GROUP TO THE SHOW

If you plan on sitting together, please let the venue know that you all traveled together, in which case they will seat you together.

​

If you tell them you came separately, they will have to separate you or your group. 

​

For example, if a team comes from Georgia. They would say we all traveled here together in which case they will seat your group together.
