The 2020 MAKE IT COUNT SPECTACULAR
will be a great event to bring your entire team and families to!
Nestled in the Great Smoky Mountains, the Counts Spectacular will be an event you won't soon forget partnered with the Dolly Parton Stampede show.
There will be live shows, great gymnastics, and a family event like no other!
The competition will be held at the LeConte Convention Center. This is a meet, venue, and event that will provide families, coaches, and teams a great kick-off to your Spring Competition season, but also an opportunity for some team bonding, kindling old relationships, meeting new friends, and creating memories to last a lifetime.

STEP THREE: pay entry online or mail in payment by Dec. 15, 2020.
STEP FOUR: any changes to levels or registrations need to be made by Dec. 17, 2020.
Meet Reservations will be accepted through the USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation System ONLY
Foreign clubs MUST contact USAG to process your registration.
Once approved by USAG, we will confirm the received entries with you.
Your club is solely responsible for registering, updating, maintaining, and scratching/canceling athletes through the USAG Meet Reservation System.
This includes, but not limited to confirming names, spelling, registering coaches, verifying safe sport eligibility of 18+ athletes and coaches, birthdates, etc.
Age divisions will solely be determined from your USAG Online roster ONLY
IMPORTANT: Items cannot be corrected at the meet. Gymnasts with wrong birth dates may be ineligible for awards.
ALL COACHES MUST be pre-registered before arriving to the meet.
Your roster will CLOSE to further additions once the meet is full.
It is imperative you get all your athletes registered prior to the meet filling up.
Late entries and/or level changes will be subject to availability after you have submitted your roster and subject to a $ 10.00 per change/athlete fee to manually update your roster.
USAG Entry: $ 125.00 per gymnast.

AAU Entry: $85 per gymnast.
Team Entry: $ 60.00 per level/division. Top 3 scores, no designation, used for team score.
Early Bird Discount: Team Fee Waived for paid entries received by September 1, 2020.
2021 Session Summary:
Session Summaries will be emailed to coaches in December 2020.
Please be aware that any level can be scheduled at any time during the weekend.
The earlier we can get confirmation of rosters and levels solidified, we can start working on the meet sessions. Unfortunately, until we receive meet entries, it is impossible for us to estimate when a particular level, gym, or gymnast will be competing until after the Scratch Deadline has passed.

Level changes and gymnast swaps are based solely on availability.
